Integration
One submit.Every system that needs the data.
FormsPro connects directly to the ERP, FSM, and business systems your teams already run, so field data lands where decisions get made instead of in an export folder.
What happens on submit
Your data goes everywhere it is needed, at once.
A technician completes one form. FormsPro streams that submission to every system and every person who needs a piece of it, at the same moment, with permissions applied by role.
The planner sees the parts request. Finance sees the billable hours. The customer receives only their own report. The supervisor gets the approval and nothing else. Each person is served the slice of the record their role entitles them to, and no one is handed data they should not hold. No export step, nobody retyping anything, and it makes no difference which office, time zone, or country any of them is working from.
The gap
Most forms tools dead-end at the back end.
Capturing data on a phone stopped being hard years ago. The hard part is what happens next. Most mobile forms platforms hand you a PDF, a CSV export, or an API key and a support article, and someone on your team quietly becomes the integration.
That means re-keying, reconciliation, and a lag between the work being done and the business knowing about it. And when leadership starts asking what it would take to put AI to work on operational data, the answer comes back the same every time: the data is not clean enough, and it is not in one place.
What you get
How does FormsPro connect to the systems you already run?
Native connections, not middleware
FormsPro integrates with ERP and FSM systems directly. There is no third-party integration platform to license, staff, or renew, which removes an entire vendor and an entire failure point from the chain.
One submission, many destinations
A single submission can push data to multiple systems at once. Inspection results to the asset record, parts to procurement, labor to payroll, and the customer-facing report to the customer.
Data in, not just data out
Pull live records from your system of record into the form before the technician starts. Fewer keystrokes in the field, no stale asset numbers, and validation against real data instead of a dropdown someone updated last year.
Reports generated on submit
FormsPro builds the finished document server-side the moment the form is submitted, including photos, signatures, and timestamps, and delivers it in the languages your customers and crews actually use.
Triggers that move the business
Submissions can start what happens next: an approval routed to a supervisor, an invoice queued, a parts order opened. The form becomes the trigger, not the last step.
Use case in focus
An energy services provider sends technicians up turbines to complete inspections. Each inspection produces around a hundred photographs, a set of measurements, and a parts list.
100 photos, one button, four systems.
Before FormsPro, that inspection became a PDF that a coordinator opened, read, and retyped into three systems. Findings reached the customer days later. Invoicing waited on the coordinator. Parts waited on the invoice.
- The technician hits submit on site.Photos, measurements, and the parts list go with it.
- The inspection report generates automatically. It reaches the customer as the official record of work.
- Measurements post to asset history in the FSM system. The next crew sees what this crew found.
- Billable hours flow to the ERP for invoicing. No coordinator sits between the work and the invoice.
- The parts list opens an approval request. The supervisor has it before the truck leaves the site.
One action. No re-keying. Same day data distribution.

Questions we get
FormsPro integration FAQ
Does FormsPro require a third-party integration platform?
No. FormsPro connects to supported ERP and FSM systems directly. You do not need to license, configure, or maintain a separate integration product to move data between FormsPro and your business systems.
Can one submission send data to more than one system?
Yes. A single submission can be routed to multiple destinations at the same time, each receiving the fields relevant to it, without duplicating the form or asking the field worker to submit twice.
Can a form pull existing data from our system of record?
Yes. Forms can be prepopulated with live records so technicians confirm information rather than re-entering it, which cuts keystrokes in the field and removes a common source of bad data.
How long does it take to integrate FormsPro with our ERP?
Timelines depend on the system and the number of data flows in scope. Because connections are native rather than custom-built, most deployments move from scoping to live data flow without a separate integration project running alongside.
What happens to the report that gets generated?
Reports are generated server-side on submission. They can be delivered to customers as the official record of work, stored against the asset, and used to trigger downstream processes such as invoicing or approvals.
How does integration affect data security?
Data moves between FormsPro and your systems inside your single-tenant environment, hosted in the Microsoft Azure region you select. See the Data Protection page for details on tenancy, sovereignty, and encryption.
